Researching how to democratize work.
I study how worker ownership and voice shape who benefits when work changes, including when firms adopt AI.
Currently, I am a PhD student at the School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University, studying the democratization of ownership and management of companies that are shaping the future of work, especially those that rely on remote work and cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence.
I am also the founder and podcast host of Lifestyle Democracy, a knowledge platform that empowers individuals and communities through sharing and teaching how to apply actionable democratic principles and practices, one day at a time.
